Do you offer trips for university students?

When did Saar start operating in Oman?

eMushrif has been the trusted partner for some private schools in Oman since 2018. The company wanted to make safe school transportation to as many students as possible; and has now expanded its coverage to all schools and areas within Muscat.

What Countries does Saar operate in?

Saar is currently only available in Oman and Kuwait. However, please follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest news, offers, and our service area coverage.

If I register, am I guaranteed a seat in the service?

If you register before the 31st of July 2022 your child will be guaranteed a seat on the service, however, if you register your child after that date your seat will depend on the availability of seats and routes

Do you cover public schools?

Yes, all students from all schools within the serviced areas are eligible for the service as long as we can generate a route for their journey. Your child's school does not have to be a partner with Saar for us to safely transport your children.

My school is not partnered with Saar, can I still subscribe?

My child has a disability, are they eligible for your service?

We are aware that some children require special care, but at the moment, our busses and bus attendants are not equipped with the facilities and skills to take care of children with disabilities or special needs. Parents are required to inform the eMushrif team of any disabilities that could impact the safety of their child or the safety of others. If the team is not aware, the team will reserve the right to reject their request or terminate the subscription in an effort to protect the child.

I can’t find my school on the list, what should I do?

If you cannot find your school on the list, kindly contact our Customer Experience team by phone or send them a message on WhatsApp.

How can I register?

Register for Saar by downloading our application from the App Store or Google Play. Contact our Customer Experience team for more information.

What is the minimum age for students?

Saar is currently available for school students that are 4 years or older.

Do you offer services to areas near Muscat?

At the moment our service does not cover areas near Muscat, however, if you live in nearby cities and would like to receive our service, kindly contact our Customer Experience team in order to join our waiting list. If there are any available seats or routes before the start of the school year we will reach out to you.

Do you cover all areas in Muscat?

Yes, all students from all schools in Muscat are eligible for the service as long as they meet certain conditions and limitations.
